Designates September as "American Founders' Month" in Florida and authorizes the Governor to annually issue a proclamation urging civic, religious, and educational organizations to observe the occasion.

Requires district school boards to celebrate American Founders' Month by providing instruction focused on founding figures, founding documents (Declaration of Independence, Constitution, Bill of Rights, Federalist Papers), and principles such as individual liberty, limited government, and natural rights.

Permits instruction to be integrated into existing curricula through supplemental lesson plans, school assemblies, or school-related activities.

Requires the Florida Department of Education to distribute copies of the law to all district school boards, which must then provide copies to school administrators and instructional personnel at the beginning of each school year.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
