Establishes the "Pregnancy Confidentiality Act" to protect client records at pregnancy resource centers

Defines pregnancy resource centers as organizations providing pregnancy counseling that do not provide or refer for abortions or contraceptives and are not state or federally licensed medical facilities

Prohibits disclosure of client records (including demographic, personal, and health information) without written consent from the client or legal representative

Violation constitutes a first-degree misdemeanor punishable under Florida Statutes sections 775.082 or 775.083

Creates civil cause of action allowing injured persons to recover compensatory and punitive damages, attorney fees, and costs for willful violations; effective July 1, 2012
