Proposes constitutional amendment to revise selection of student member on Board of Governors of State University System

Removes Florida Student Association as the organization responsible for electing the student member to the board

Requires Board of Governors to organize a council consisting of all state university student body presidents for selecting one president to serve on the board

Changes board composition from including president of Florida Student Association to including chair of council of student body presidents

Amendment requires approval by Florida voters at next general election or earlier special election authorized by law
