Notes that President Obama issued temporary protected status for eligible Haitian citizens and that Secretary Napolitano extended this status for 18 months on May 17, 2011.

Calls for a humanitarian parole program similar to the existing Cuban Family Reunification Program to allow Haitians with approved visas to immigrate without extended waiting periods.

States the program's purpose is to expedite family reunification and reduce Haitians' resort to illegal and dangerous migration methods; directs copies be sent to the President, Congress leadership, Florida's congressional delegation, and the Department of Homeland Security.
