Amends Florida law to accept a Department of Corrections original certificate of identification or valid identification card as satisfactory proof of identity when applying for a state identification card from the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

Adds the Department of Corrections identification documents as an acceptable form of identity proof, positioning it between driver's licenses from other jurisdictions and employment authorization cards in the list of qualifying documents.

Renumbers subsequent acceptable identity documents accordingly (employment authorization cards move from option g to h, and nonimmigrant classification proofs move from option h to i).

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
