Requires the Department of Environmental Protection, St. Johns River Water Management District, Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Zellwood Drainage and Water Control District, Lake County Water Authority, Harris Chain of Lakes Restoration Council, and local governmental entities to collaborate on a Lake Apopka restoration report.

Report must provide information on the status of Lake Apopka improvement and management as required under s. 373.461, Florida Statutes.

Report must include recommendations for future restoration efforts and account for all funds received for Lake Apopka restoration.

Report must be submitted to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Governor by January 1, 2013.
