• Establishes a "Go Green" specialty license plate featuring "Florida" at the top and "Go Green" at the bottom with department-approved colors and design
• Sets annual use fee of $25 for the Go Green license plate
• Directs all annual use fees to Coalition for Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc., which first recoups startup costs for plate development and approval
• Allows Coalition to use up to 10 percent of remaining proceeds for administrative and marketing costs, with remainder funding public education and renewable energy solution programs
• Takes effect July 1, 2012
