Creates the Foreclosure and Eviction Prevention Trust Fund within the Department of Economic Opportunity to receive appropriated funds for housing assistance

Provides payment assistance to state residents who became unemployed within 1 year before July 1, 2012, and cannot afford current housing costs

Limits assistance to residents who lost employment through no fault of their own and did not voluntarily increase housing costs after job loss, with preference given to veterans

Fund balance carries over at the end of each fiscal year and remains available for the trust fund's purposes

Trust fund terminates on July 1, 2016, unless terminated earlier, subject to review under Florida Statutes section 215.3206
