Authorizes individuals to apply to the Department of Law Enforcement for a certificate of eligibility to expunge or seal criminal history records for specified traffic violations under Florida Statutes sections 943.0585 and 943.059.

Covers 50 enumerated traffic violations including driving under the influence, reckless driving, driving with suspended license, false insurance claims, equipment tampering, and registration violations.

Applies to convictions, guilty pleas, nolo contendere pleas, and delinquency adjudications regardless of whether adjudication was withheld.

Effective date is October 1, 2012.
