Removes the requirement that students in grades 6-8 complete one class period per day of physical education for one semester each year, effective July 1, 2012.

Eliminates requirements to report student enrollment in physical education through periodic membership surveys and audit records for grades 6-8.

Maintains the 150-minute weekly physical education requirement for kindergarten through grade 5 students.

Removes waiver provisions that previously allowed students to be excused from physical education if enrolled in remedial courses or participating in equivalent outside physical activities.

Removes the requirement for school districts to notify parents of physical education waiver options before scheduling students.
