Requires contracts executed contemporaneously with a motor vehicle lease agreement to be read and construed together with the lease, despite any merger or integration clause stating the lease is the only agreement.

Restructures Section 521.004 disclosure requirements by renumbering existing subsections and adding new subsection (2) containing the motor vehicle lease integration clause provision.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
