Amends s. 695.19, F.S. to regulate fees charged by business entities for furnishing certified copies of deeds to grantors or grantees named in the deed.

Limits charges to either four times the clerk of court's fee or $12 more than the clerk's fee, whichever is greater, unless the business entity makes required disclosures.

Requires solicitations offering certified deed copies to disclose the clerk of court's actual fee, the business entity's actual fee, and the clerk's website address and telephone number for direct ordering.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
