Replaces "instant message name" with "Internet identifier" throughout Florida's sexual offender and predator registration statutes, defining it as email, chat, instant messenger, social networking, or similar Internet communication identifiers.

Requires sexual predators and offenders to register additional information including tattoos, all vehicle information, all phone numbers, passports, immigration documents, and professional licenses.

Expands criminal penalties for sexual offenders and predators, including felony charges for knowingly providing false registration information by act or omission, and enhanced penalties for third or subsequent indecent exposure violations.

Mandates that defendants required to register as sexual offenders or predators be held without bail until first appearance, and requires national sex offender registry searches before hiring anyone to work with children.

Extends registration requirements for out-of-state relocations to 21 days notice for international travel of 5 or more days, adds electronic monitoring requirements for certain sex offenders on conditional release and probation, and creates pathways for deregistration after specified time periods with conditions.
