Replaces definition of "instant message name" with "Internet identifier" throughout sexual predator and offender registration statutes; voluntary disclosure of date of birth, social security number, or PIN as an Internet identifier waives disclosure exemption for that information.

Expands offenses requiring sexual predator registration to include violations of s. 393.135(2), s. 394.4593(2), s. 796.045, and s. 916.1075(2); similar expansions made for sexual offender registration requirements.

Requires sexual predators and offenders to provide additional registration information including passport information, immigration status documents, professional licenses, tattoos, all vehicle information, palm prints, and all telephone numbers.

Requires sexual predators intending to reside 5 days or more outside the United States to report within 21 days before departure; extends reporting requirements to include country of intended residence.

Creates criminal penalties for knowingly providing false registration information by act or omission; requires state agencies to conduct national searches through the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website before hiring for positions involving children.

Modifies removal of registration requirements to lower victim age range from 14-17 to 13-18 years old and requires persons convicted in another jurisdiction to provide written confirmation they are no longer required to register in that jurisdiction.
