Transfers duties for registering and reporting legislative lobbyists from the Division of Legislative Information Services to the Office of Legislative Services directly.

Updates terminology throughout lobbying statutes to refer to the "Office" rather than the "Division of Legislative Information Services."

Requires the Office of Legislative Services, rather than the Division of Statutory Revision, to determine content in the published Florida Statutes and certify public records and public meetings exemptions scheduled for repeal to the Legislature.

Makes minor grammatical and technical corrections including changing "shall" to "must" and "which" to "that" in affected statutes.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
