Saves public records and public meetings exemptions for the Florida Workers' Compensation Joint Underwriting Association, Inc. from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Removes the scheduled October 2, 2012 repeal date for exemptions covering underwriting files, claims files, audit records, proprietary information, medical information, employee assistance program records, and attorney work product.

Modifies the medical records exemption language from "medical records, which include" to "medical information relating to" the medical condition or status of an individual.

Maintains existing provisions allowing release of confidential files to carriers, producers, and entities arranging voluntary market coverage with written, notarized agreements.

Takes effect October 1, 2012.
