Notes that economic analyses estimate lifetime immunosuppressive drug coverage would save Medicare approximately $200 million annually by preventing costly transplant failures and dialysis

Advocates for the Share Your Spare Act to provide a nonrefundable, one-time personal tax credit for living organ donors to incentivize kidney donation

Directs distribution of the concurrent resolution to the President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the House, Florida Congressional delegation, and presiding officers of all state legislatures
