Extends the public records exemption for donor and prospective donor information to the University of Florida's direct-support organization for historic preservation of St. Augustine.

Maintains confidentiality of donor identity and identifying information for donors who wish to remain anonymous, protecting such records from public disclosure under Florida law.

Removes the sunset review provision that would have caused the exemption to expire on October 2, 2012, thereby permanently saving the exemption from repeal.

Preserves university and Auditor General access to all direct-support organization records upon request while maintaining donor anonymity in audit reports.

Takes effect October 1, 2012.
