Creates section 215.1995, Florida Statutes, establishing the One-Stop Business Registration Portal Clearing Trust Fund within the Department of Revenue.

Fund serves as a depository for fees paid through the One-Stop Business Registration Portal established under section 288.109, with subsequent transfer or distribution to appropriate agencies and accounts.

Department of Revenue shall transfer or distribute moneys to appropriate agencies and accounts in the month following receipt.

Trust fund terminates on July 1, 2016, unless terminated sooner, and shall be reviewed per section 215.3206(1) and (2) before scheduled termination.

Takes effect July 1, 2012, contingent upon SB ____ or similar legislation being adopted in the same legislative session and becoming law.
