Revises the schedule for consolidating Florida state agency data centers into primary data centers, deleting obsolete December 31, 2011 and 2011-2012 fiscal year deadlines and moving remaining consolidations to 2012-2013 and later fiscal years.

Consolidates Department of Revenue's Carlton Building and Imaging Center locations into the Northwest Regional Data Center by September 30, 2012.

Moves the Agency for Health Care Administration consolidation to July 1, 2012 into the Northwood Shared Resource Center and shifts the Department of Environmental Protection's Palmetto Commons consolidation to October 31, 2012.

Requires the Law Enforcement Consolidation Task Force to submit recommendations by October 31, 2012 on creating a consolidated law enforcement data center that meets criminal justice information systems security requirements and includes location, operation strategy, and timelines.

Extends the expiration date of the Law Enforcement Consolidation Task Force from June 30, 2012 to December 31, 2012.
