Creates Section 871.015 of Florida Statutes defining unlawful protest activities near funerals and burials, including picketing undertaken with intent to interrupt or disturb such services

Prohibits protest activities within 500 feet of the property line of residences, cemeteries, funeral homes, houses of worship, or other locations during or within 1 hour before or 1 hour after a funeral or burial is conducted

Allows protest activities adjacent to funeral processions that extend beyond 500 feet from the funeral or burial location

Establishes violation as a first-degree misdemeanor, punishable under Florida Statutes sections 775.082 or 775.083
