Establishes a reimbursement requirement for Florida Bright Futures Scholarship awards received by students starting in the 2014-2015 academic year, unless students earn credit toward reimbursement by remaining and working in Florida after graduation.

Students who fail to graduate, do not complete their program, or move out of state after graduation must reimburse the state for the full award amount or a prorated portion.

Recipients must be employed in Florida for 6 months per semester of the award to receive credit toward reimbursement; active duty military service counts as in-state employment regardless of location.

Reimbursement period begins upon graduation or program completion, except for students serving in the Armed Forces or pursuing graduate studies, whose reimbursement period begins after those activities conclude.

Reimbursed funds must be deposited in the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund for future scholarship awards; the Department of Education shall establish reimbursement procedures and school districts must annually distribute information about reimbursement requirements to high school students.
