Prohibits adults from knowingly distributing materials harmful to minors on school property or posting such materials on school property.

Defines "school property" as the grounds or facility of any kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, junior high school, or secondary school, whether public or nonpublic.

Establishes violation as a third degree felony for any person who knowingly distributes to a minor or posts on school property materials harmful to minors as defined in Florida Statute 847.012(3).

Exempts school-approved instructional materials that serve as a major tool for teaching a subject or course when distributed or posted by authorized school personnel, volunteers, or managers.

Takes effect October 1, 2013.
