Waives initial licensing fees, initial application fees, and initial unlicensed activity fees for honorably discharged military veterans applying to the Department of Health within 24 months of discharge from any branch of the United States Armed Forces.

Waives initial application fees for military veterans applying for initial certification within 24 months of honorable discharge, excluding examination fees purchased from national organizations.

Requires applicants to use a department-prescribed form and submit supporting documentation to claim the fee waiver.

Maintains existing restrictions prohibiting certification of applicants who committed offenses violating professional conduct provisions and prohibiting limited computed tomography certificates.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
