Reduces application submission deadline for expunction from 12 months to 6 months after successful completion of a prearrest or postarrest diversion program

Allows minors arrested for certain felonies to expunge nonjudicial arrest records upon completing a diversion program, excluding arrests for violent misdemeanors, sexual crimes, domestic violence, and offenses enumerated in s. 907.041

Applies retroactively to minors who completed diversion programs on or after July 1, 2000, with a 6-month application window from July 1, 2013 for those who completed programs before the effective date

Requires state attorney certification that minor successfully completed the diversion program and participated based on qualifying charges only

Takes effect July 1, 2013
