Creates section 871.015, Florida Statutes, establishing unlawful protest activities at funerals, burials, and memorial services.

Prohibits picketing or disruptive protest activities within 500 feet of any residence, cemetery, funeral home, house of worship, or other location during or within 1 hour before or 1 hour after services for military service members, emergency response workers, elected officials, or minors.

Applies to both direct participation and knowingly causing such protest activities to occur.

Establishes violation as a first-degree misdemeanor, punishable under Florida Statutes sections 775.082 or 775.083.

Takes effect October 1, 2013.
