Amends section 1002.395, Florida Statutes to modify requirements for private schools participating in the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program.

Requires participating private schools to report assessment scores to the Department of Education for students administered statewide assessments or nationally norm-referenced tests in grades 3 through 10.

Mandates the Department of Education publish reported assessment scores on its website to allow parents to compare participating private schools' performance.

Requires private schools choosing to administer statewide assessments to submit a written request to the Department of Education by March 1 of each year.

Effective date: July 1, 2013.
