Designates September as "American Founders' Month" in Florida annually and authorizes the Governor to issue a proclamation urging civic, fraternal, religious, and educational organizations to recognize the occasion through programs and events.

Requires district school boards to celebrate American Founders and founding document principles by observing American Founders' Month, which may be coordinated with existing Celebrate Freedom Week.

Mandates student instruction during American Founders' Month focus on founding figures, founding documents (Declaration of Independence, Constitution, Bill of Rights, Federalist Papers), and principles including individual freedom, equality, representative government, and natural law.

Permits instruction to be integrated into existing school curriculum through supplementing lesson plans, holding assemblies, and providing school-related activities.

Requires the Department of Education to distribute this section to all district school boards and superintendents for distribution to administrators and instructional staff annually; effective July 1, 2013.
