Removes the exemption that excluded candidates for political party executive committee positions from the definition of "candidate" under Florida Election Code sections 97.021 and 106.011.

Makes political party executive committee candidates subject to the same campaign finance disclosure and reporting requirements as other candidates for public office.

Clarifies that expenditures related to potential candidate polls under section 106.17 are not considered contributions or expenditures for campaign finance purposes.

Establishes the "Party Officer Integrity Act" as the short title for this legislation.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
