Amends Florida Statutes section 1009.531 to revise student eligibility requirements for Florida Medallion Scholars awards based on national examination scores.

Sets SAT score requirements by graduation year: 970 for 2010-2011; 980 (44th percentile) for 2011-2012; 1020 (51st percentile) for 2012-2013 and thereafter; and 1170 (75th percentile) for 2013-2014 and thereafter.

Establishes equivalent concordant ACT score requirements: 20, 21, 22, and 26 respectively for the corresponding graduation years.

Requires home education students whose parents cannot document a college-preparatory curriculum to meet higher SAT scores of 1070 or 1220 (or ACT scores of 23 or 27) depending on graduation year.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
