Amends Section 1002.33, Florida Statutes to require charter school compensation and salary schedules for instructional personnel and school administrators hired on or after July 1, 2013, to be based on the schedules of the school district where the charter school is located.

Establishes a salary cap for charter school employees at the highest salary paid to a public school employee in the same position within the same school district when the district lacks compensation and salary schedules.

Maintains charter school compliance with seven specific Florida statutes including public meetings and records, public records, maximum class size, workforce reductions, instructional personnel contracts, and performance evaluations.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
