Amends Florida Statutes section 466.006 to revise eligibility requirements for dentistry license examination applicants who graduated from non-accredited dental schools.

Authorizes applicants enrolled in a recognized dental specialty program as of March 23, 2012, to take licensing examinations if they maintain continuous enrollment and complete their specialty training program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.

Requires applicants under the specialty program pathway to present official transcripts verifying completion of all didactic and clinical requirements and an official completion certificate from their sponsoring institution.

Establishes January 15, 2015, as the deadline for all eligible applicants to obtain licensure under the specialty program provision, after which this authorization expires.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
