Removes the $2,000 annual cap on bonuses awarded to classroom teachers based on Advanced Placement examination scores of their students.

Requires 0.16 full-time equivalent student membership to be calculated for each student scoring 3 or higher on College Board Advanced Placement examinations and added to district funding.

Mandates districts allocate at least 80 percent of Advanced Placement funds to the high school generating those funds.

Establishes teacher bonus structure of $50 per student scoring 3 or higher, plus an additional $500 bonus for teachers in "D" or "F" rated schools with at least one student scoring 3 or higher.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
