Requires all gasoline stations to display a sign or decal of at least 15 square inches on each self-service pump with a blue background containing the station's phone number, international symbol of accessibility, "Call for Assistance" wording, hours two attendants are available, and violation penalties.

Mandates that attendants dispense gasoline to vehicles displaying disability parking permits or specialized license plates (sections 316.1958, 320.0848, 320.084, 320.0842, 320.0843, or 320.0845) when the permit holder operates the vehicle and requests service.

Allows gasoline stations to decline assistance if only one attendant is on duty, though the attendant must inform the requestor by phone or electronic means if available.

Establishes violations as second-degree misdemeanors punishable under Florida Statutes sections 775.082 or 775.083.

Takes effect July 1, 2013, with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services enforcing disability accessibility requirements and the State Fire Marshal enforcing other provisions.
