Amends the General Employees' Pension Plan for the City of Tampa by revising the definition of "Pension Credit"

Requires employees to work 6 continuous years to earn Pension Credit and achieve vested pension status

Makes an employee's Pension Credit nonforfeitable if the Plan is fully terminated or partially terminated applicable to that employee

Entitles employees with less than 6 continuous years of service to receive a return of their contributions to the Plan upon termination or partial termination of the Plan

Takes effect upon becoming law
