Amends Florida Statutes section 25.251 to require the Supreme Court marshal and deputies to comply with law enforcement officer requirements under section 943.13 of Florida law.

Designates the marshal and deputies as law enforcement officers with full powers to bear arms and make arrests under state law, with authority limited to performance of official Supreme Court duties.

Grants the marshal and deputies authority to apprehend without warrant any person disturbing the peace and deliver them to appropriate municipal or county law enforcement officers.

Deletes provisions from section 25.271 that designated the marshal and assistants as "conservators of the peace," replacing this language with standard law enforcement officer designation.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
