Amends Florida Statutes section 212.08 to revise tax exemptions for aircraft repair and maintenance labor charges and replacement parts.

Establishes a lower takeoff weight threshold of 2,000 pounds maximum certified takeoff weight for rotary wing aircraft to qualify for sales tax exemptions, replacing the previous 10,000 pound threshold.

Extends the existing tax exemption for aircraft repair and maintenance labor charges to rotary wing aircraft exceeding 2,000 pounds maximum certified takeoff weight.

Extends the existing tax exemption for replacement engines, parts, and equipment used in aircraft repair and maintenance to rotary wing aircraft exceeding 2,000 pounds maximum certified takeoff weight (reduced from 10,300 pounds).

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
