Authorizes Florida Real Estate Commission to deny multiple license requests from brokers and establishes that disciplinary orders against a broker apply to both primary and all multiple licenses held at the time the order becomes effective.

Revises the definition of "supervisory appraiser" to require only certified or licensed appraisers (removes licensed appraiser option) to supervise registered trainee appraisers.

Updates appraiser qualification requirements to reference Appraiser Qualifications Board standards adopted on December 9, 2011 instead of February 20, 2004.

Eliminates authority for licensed appraisers to act as direct supervisors of registered trainee appraisers; requires only certified or licensed appraisers as primary supervisory appraisers.

Most provisions effective upon becoming law; appraiser qualification section effective January 1, 2014.
