Law enforcement agencies must report monthly to the Department of Law Enforcement crimes affecting persons with disabilities, legally blind persons, and mobility-impaired persons, and report enforcement of section 316.1301 and related traffic laws to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

Driver improvement schools and driver improvement courses must include course content covering section 316.1301 and traffic laws to assist legally blind and mobility-impaired persons when the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles approves courses.

Driver license examinations for Class E and commercial driver licenses must include at least one question testing knowledge of section 316.1301 and traffic laws assisting legally blind and mobility-impaired persons, with emphasis on pedestrian right-of-way during right turns.

Traffic law and substance abuse education courses for driver license applicants and law enforcement officer basic skills certification courses must include study of section 316.1301 and traffic laws to assist legally blind and mobility-impaired persons.

High school driver education programs must include instruction on section 316.1301 and traffic laws to assist legally blind and mobility-impaired persons in their curriculum.
