Changes the definition of a legal day's work from 8 hours to 10 hours of labor in Florida.

Establishes overtime compensation at 1.5 times base rate for work exceeding 8 hours in a workday, 40 hours in a workweek, and the first 8 hours on the 7th day of a workweek.

Requires double-time compensation (2 times base rate) for work exceeding 12 hours in a workday or exceeding 8 hours on the 7th day of a workweek.

Excludes commute time from counting toward a day's work when employees use employer-owned, leased, or subsidized vehicles used for ridesharing purposes.

Takes effect July 1, 2013, and does not affect employer liability under the Workers' Compensation Law.
