Amends Florida Statutes section 400.9905 to exempt health care clinics certified under federal regulation 42 C.F.R. part 485, subpart H from state licensure requirements.

Establishes June 30, 2014 as the deadline for clinics to qualify for the federal certification exemption.

Provides an exception to the deadline: if a single legal entity owns a clinic certified under 42 C.F.R. part 485, subpart H that obtains exemption before June 30, 2014, the exemption automatically extends to all other clinics owned by that entity with the same federal certification.

Requires clinics to be licensed under Florida law to receive reimbursement under the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law unless they qualify for exemptions under this section or federal regulation 42 C.F.R. section 627.736(5)(h).

Effective date: July 1, 2013.
