Exempts names of spouses and children of active or former sworn or civilian law enforcement personnel, correctional officers, and specified Department of Children and Families, Department of Health, and Department of Revenue personnel from public record requirements under Florida Statutes s. 119.07(1) and State Constitution s. 24(a).

Exempts names of spouses and children of current or former state attorneys, assistant state attorneys, statewide prosecutors, and assistant statewide prosecutors from public records disclosure requirements.

Both exemptions for spouses' and children's names are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will expire on October 2, 2018, unless the Legislature reenacts them.

Provides that existing exemptions for home addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of law enforcement and specified agency personnel and their families remain in effect.

Takes effect October 1, 2013.
