Increases the mandatory retirement age for Florida justices and judges from 70 to 75 years of age, with exceptions for temporary assignment or completing a term where one-half has been served

Applies to justices and judges elected or appointed on or after January 1, 2014

Amends Section 8 of Article V and creates a new section in Article XII of the State Constitution

Requires submission of the amendment to Florida voters for approval at the next general election or an earlier special election
