Amends section 48.193 to establish that persons submit to Florida court jurisdiction by entering into a contract specifying Florida law governs and agreeing to Florida court jurisdiction.

Revises the definition of "foreign judgment" in section 55.502 to include judgments from any other state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States or the United States if entitled to full faith and credit in Florida.

Clarifies when an arbitration is considered international under section 684.0002 based on parties' places of business in different countries or location of the arbitration outside the country where parties conduct business.

Creates new section 684.0049 establishing that initiating arbitration in Florida or making a written agreement to arbitrate in Florida constitutes consent to Florida court jurisdiction in any action arising from the arbitration and resulting orders or awards.

Corrects cross-references in sections 684.0003, 684.0019, and 684.0026 relating to the Florida International Commercial Arbitration Act; effective July 1, 2013.
