Authorizes Florida College System institutions and school districts to report students as enrolled in adult education programs for funding purposes if the student is coenrolled in both a K-12 education program and an adult education program.

Permits institutions and school districts to report students for funding for up to two courses if the student is coenrolled in core program areas for credit recovery or dropout prevention and does not have a pattern of excessive absenteeism, habitual truancy, or disruptive behavior.

Requires the Department of Education to develop a list of courses designated as core courses for coenrollment purposes.

Exempts eligible coenrolled students from paying block tuition for adult general education programs under section 1009.22(3)(c).

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
