Creates Florida Statutes section 43.45 establishing a student loan assistance program for eligible career attorneys in state and federal law offices, administered by the Justice Administrative Commission and Office of the Attorney General.

Eligible career attorneys must have 3-12 years of continuous service as an assistant state attorney, assistant public defender, capital collateral attorney, legal aid attorney, assistant attorney general, or assistant statewide prosecutor with non-defaulted federal student loans.

Provides payments of $3,000 for attorneys with 3-6 years of service or $5,000 for those with 6-12 years of service, or the maximum available amount if appropriations are insufficient, with payments made to lenders between July 1-31 annually.

Payments cease when cumulative assistance reaches $44,000 per eligible career attorney or the eligible student loan is fully satisfied, whichever occurs first.

Program funding depends on specific appropriation in the General Appropriations Act, and implementing procedures must be developed by the Justice Administrative Commission and Office of the Attorney General, effective July 1, 2013.
