Amends section 744.3701, Florida Statutes to create a public records exemption for court records relating to settlement of claims on behalf of minors or wards.

Limits inspection of guardianship reports and settlement records to the court, clerk, guardian, guardian ad litem, ward (if at least 14 years old), and their respective attorneys, upon showing of good cause.

Authorizes courts to direct disclosure and recording of settlement-related documents in connection with real property transactions or for other purposes at the court's discretion.

Classifies settlement records as confidential and exempt from public disclosure under Florida Statute 119.07(1) and the Florida Constitution Article I, Section 24(a).

Takes effect on the same date as HB 941 or similar legislation, if adopted in the same legislative session and becomes law.
