Authorizes justices, judges, and designated court employees to access reproductions of driver license images as part of official court work by adding new subsection (k) to section 322.142, F.S.

Specifies three categories of authorized court personnel: state justices or judges, state courts system employees designated in writing by the Chief Justice or chief judges, and government employees performing functions for the state courts system in designated positions.

Maintains existing exemptions from public records law for driver license image reproductions and preserves current access authorizations for departmental, law enforcement, and various state agencies including the Department of Revenue, Department of Children and Families, and district medical examiners.

Corrects cross-reference in statute from section 406.11 to section 406.011 regarding district medical examiner authorizations.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
