Creates new statute requiring any person acting as a gun show vendor to be a licensed dealer and mandates licensed dealers be party to all firearm sales or transfers at gun shows.

Defines "gun show" as an event sponsored to facilitate purchase or sale of firearms with at least three gun show vendors, including entire premises and parking areas.

Establishes violation of gun show vendor requirements as a felony of the third degree, punishable under Florida's sentencing guidelines.

Amends definition section (s. 790.001) to reorganize and renumber various weapon and firearm definitions while maintaining their substantive content.

Takes effect October 1, 2013.
