Amends section 496.415, F.S. to make it unlawful to falsely claim membership in or representation of a veterans' charitable organization that exists primarily to benefit veterans or their families under specified circumstances.

Prohibits false claims of veterans' organization affiliation if: the organization is not registered with the department; the organization failed to describe applying 51 percent or more of contributions to veteran benefits; or the organization failed to apply contributions consistent with its registration statement.

Defines wearing a U.S. Armed Forces uniform without authorization while soliciting contributions with intent to deceive as a false statement regarding veterans' organization affiliation.

Makes it unlawful to falsely state membership in or representation of law enforcement or emergency service organizations, or to falsely represent affiliation with any U.S. Armed Forces branch.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
